I am one of the few medically qualified doctors working as a full-time Specialist in Acupuncture, Electroacupuncture and Osteopathy.  I have more than twenty five years experience in these fields.

Because of this, patients come, not just from the immediate area, but from all over East Anglia, and from further afield.  Patients are referred mainly by word of mouth and by GPs, but also by osteopaths, chiropractors, physiotherapists, Consultant Rheumatologists and Orthopaedic Surgeons, by Gynaecologists and Psychiatrists and, increasingly, by Fertility Centres.

For many years I have used these approaches to treat successfully such diverse problems as back pain, sciatica, and joint pain, migraines and headaches, anxiety, panic attacks and depression. 'Restless legs syndrome' has been a particular interest, with very high success rates. I have a long term interest in treating chronic or longstanding pain and can often find a solution when other treatment approaches have failed. I have used electroacupunctue for many years to help people stop smoking

With my wife, who has a degree in Psychology and has trained in Hypnotherapy, NLP, Cardiac Coherence and EFT, as well as in mindbody medicine, I have developed some innovative combined treatments for infertility and for boosting fertility, and also for anxiety, panic attacks and depression, without using drugs.
